The team worked quickly but carefully, protecting bushes and cleaning debris daily. Whenever I had a concern they responded immediately. The professionalism and dedication of the crew — especially Hector — made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Great job on the roof itself. However the demo crew damaged some established shrubs belonging to the tenants. Eventually we split the replacement cost of the plants. Roof quality was excellent but customer service could have been better.
